in4mation

PRIMARY TITLE
In4mation is a street culture, fashion and lifestyle brand founded in Hawaii in 2001 by four Japanese Americans: Todd Shimabuku, Rhandy Thambiao, Ryan Arakaki, and Jun Jo. In4mation is derived from skateboarding and surfing culture, and is known for its topical and simple and direct style. The pattern design attracted much attention.        In4mation chose to open a style store in Mililani, Hawaii in 2002. The name was inspired by the 1980s cartoon VOLTRON, which symbolized the four people who were friends and merged to form In4mation. When it just started, In4mation collaborated with many people of nearly ten years. The skateboard/street design brands that emerged in 2001 have a similar development process. They gradually developed their own unique style and characteristics from a store, and then became a brand, starting to design and distribute their own products.        The manager in 2021, Mr. Ryan Arakaki, cooperated with Nielsen (Asia Pacific) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, and helped Nielsen (Asia Pacific) Co., Ltd. and its Chinese subsidiary Guangzhou Oucho Brand Management Co., Ltd. jointly obtain the application for the In4mation trademark brand rights, planning to do business in Asia joint development.
